Refund policy

We strive to provide high-quality products at unbeatable prices. Please note the following guidelines for, exchanges, and store credit:

  1. Eligible Items:

    • Exchanges or store credit are available within 3 days of purchase for select in-box items only.

    • Store credit or exchanges are only offered for items with verified defects.

  2. Final Sale Items:

    • The following categories are final sale and not eligible for, exchanges, or store credit:

      • Clothing

      • Health and beauty products

      • Assembled furniture

      • Used products or items sold “as is”

  3. Refunds:

    • No refunds are offered under any circumstances.

To start a return, you can text or call us at 626-410-2210, a support ticket will then be opened and you should expect an email from megabrownbox@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All accepted returns will have the cost of shipping deducted after the item has been received back and inspected.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, listings that mention Final Sale, Used, Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) and clothing. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically credited to the phone number or email on file. The store credit will never expire.
