We have a 3-day parts warranty on most products, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to inspect and let us know if there is an issue. We do an exchange of parts first and if no parts are available, a store credit is provided.
To be eligible for an exchange, you need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@megabrownbox.com. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Accepted returns may have the cost of shipping deducted after the item has been received back and inspected.
